Destiny It Is! This Couple Started Their Love Story With A Simple WAVE On Messenger

Destiny has many ways of making a person find that one soulmate that can complete their whole existence. For some, it may be the typical friends turned lovers kind of love story but for others, it can go as far as meeting each other in the most commonly known way of interacting with people.

Social media. This is the easiest way to connect with people nowadays. One snap, one click, then you’re there.

Through this, maybe you can find the love of your life, the one that destined for you. The one who’ll be by your side forever.

Just like the story of this couple.

Kate Garcia-Axalan and Gian Arlo Axalan’s love story started with the famous “wave” on Facebook messenger on December 6, 2017.

According to Kate, their chatting begins with a simple “wave”, a gesture to greet each other hello.

Kate also shared that they didn’t know and meet each other personally, but with that simple “wave” gesture they started to fall in love.

At first, it didn’t work out easily, they had a long-distance relationship because Gian is in Italy, while Kate is in the Philippines.

In May 2018, Gian decided to go to the Philippines to meet the love of his life. In a short span of time, they spend those precious moments.

After that, Gian decided to propose to Kate, because of Gian’s sincerity, the latter said yes!

After the proposal, Gian went back to Italy and stayed there for 17 months. Throughout this long time, many hardships came to challenge their relationship but despite the distance, their love conquered it all.

As time goes by, the two finally tied the knot last December 2019, exactly two years after their magical wave started.

Some believe in destiny, some believe in fate, but I believe that happiness is something we create.

What can you say about this?
