ABS-CBN Executive Ethel M. Espiritu broke her silence and lambasted Robin Padilla in a series of tweet.

Actor Robin Padilla recently left the online community abuzz.

It is after he posts a lengthy message in his social media accounts his sentiments to ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal.

He is in favor of the renewal but took the cudgels for workers suffering from alleged unfair labor practices in the entertainment industry.

He even challenges the stars from Kapamilya and Kapuso network to present their contract.

Amid this, ABS-CBN executive, Ethel M. Espiritu broke her silence and lambasted the tirades of the actor in a series of tweets. Citing Angel Locsin’s “think before you click” statement.

“Angel Locsin best said it, “think before you click”. You cannot post something then blame it on being the ex-convict in you that overtook your emotions Mr.Robin Padilla. Its either pinanindigan mo misplaced emotions mo or never post at all. Ganun lang yun,” she first tweeted.

Ehtel further continued by questioning Robin in his post.

“Ganito na lang, mahabang panahon ka ding nagtrabaho sa ABSCBN(kasama ang asawa mo, kapatid mo, mga pamangkin mo at ang tinatawag namin nung Kamaganak Corp) sa haba ng panahon na yon if me napansin ka na palang mali sa pamamalakad esp sa mga trabahador, bakit hindi mo pinaglaban?”

She also challenged Robin after revealing his high salary per taping day.

“Isa pa, kontrata pala hamon mo. Napakalaki ng per taping day sahod mo. Kung talagang makabayan at makatao ka, eh di dapat pala shinare mo sa kanila ang blessings mo. Lahat ng issues mo, dapat pala nun mo pa pinaglaban. San ka nun? Sino presidente nun? Ahhh. Okay. Noted.”

Ethel ended her message by expressing her dismay and disappointment over Robin’s opinion.

She also mentioned in her post that she and Robin have known each other since 1991 and that she and the network have considered him as a family already.
