Robin Padilla Once again took to social media to apologize to his wife Mariel Padilla and her friends in the industry

At the height of the issue regarding the quo warranto petition against ABS-CBN, Robin Padilla posted on social media.

“Mayaman o mahirap may kapangyarihan o wala, sikat man o hindi, ang lahat dapat ay pantay pantay sa harap ng batas,” he stated.

Hours later he took down the post, but netizens were able to save a screenshot of it.

Padilla then made another post later defending his stand on ABS-CBN’s franchise.“Nilaglag ko daw ang network ko wow!”

He even challenged the superstars in both GMA and ABS-CBN network to present their contracts and compare their salaries to the ordinary workers.

He also urged celebrities to help defend the rights of workers in their sector before defending the owners of these giant media firms.

Padilla has thrown his support for the franchise renewal of the ABS-CBN network but took the cudgels for workers suffering from alleged unfair labor practices in the entertainment industry.

But apparently, Robin has apologized for his previous posts about the controversial issue.

Padilla once again took to social media to post about the current franchise issue of ABS-CBN.

According to the action star, he became too emotional while posting those messages, especially the one about challenging all ABS-CBN and GMA superstars to show their contracts to the public so that everybody would see the supposed disparity between their salaries and those of the ordinary Kapamilya and Kapuso employees.

However, he still highlighted in his new post that ordinary workers should be well compensated for their work and that actors should be protected.

He then apologized to his wife Mariel Padilla and her friends with tv networks.

“as a gift to my wife this valentines day I apologize to all her family and friends in abscbn ganon din sa gma at tv5″
