Kapamilya actress Ellen Adarna talks about mental training she has done and her life for the past three years.
“I did mental training because I was stuck in this black hole for almost three years.”
In a series of Instagram stories, the actress shared she decided to go through with the training so that she could no longer be a “prisoner in her own mind.

She was isolated for a week not having mobile phones or any contact with the outside world, 14 days of being a vegetarian, a lot of exercises and more.
One exercise she was made to do was standing for five hours. She shared pictures of her standing in a chalk-drawn circle until nighttime.
While showing her training, Adarna said her mentor took videos and photos of the whole process for her to see her progress and achievements and how “I dealt with my demons.”
